Two Degrees Properties ApS is the data controller for the processing of your personal information in connection with reservations and stays in our serviced apartments. 

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes: 

  • Management of reservations and stays (including check-in, payment, and communication). 
  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., guest registration in accordance with Danish law). 
  • Customer service and communication (responding to inquiries, sending confirmations). 
  • Operation and improvement of our services (statistics, analysis, optimization of the booking process). 
  • Marketing (only if you have given consent).

We typically collect and process: 

  • Name, address, email, phone number. 
  • Payment information. 
  • Stay information (arrival/departure, apartment type, preferences). 
  • Legally required information (e.g., passport number for foreign guests).

  • Directly from you when booking via our website, phone, or email. 
  • Through third-party platforms (Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.). 
  • Through our booking system, MEWS, which we use to manage reservations.

  • IT and system providers (including MEWS). 

We have data processing agreements with all providers who handle data on our behalf.

  • Reservation and stay data: 5 years (accounting requirements). 
  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn. 
  • Other data: deleted when no longer necessary.
